What can I do if I cannot buy the product after that the group buy ended and how can I backtrack from a transaction?
You can backtrack from a transaction until the 3rd day that follows the payment grace period if the seller has not already sent you a paid product or a shipped product notification related to the transaction.
If the seller has already sent payment problem notification to a buyer, then that transaction can only become occurred status if seller will send a paid product or a shipped product notification. It must have to occur until 30 days after payment problem notification has been sent but if it will not occur, our system will close the transaction with did not occur status and buyer will be backtracked from the transaction. Of course, our system will send notification e-mails to both parties 7, 3 and 1 days before the deadlines. Before the 30-day deadline has expired, buyer can also backtrack from the transaction. When a buyer backtrack from a transaction, he/she needs to leave feedback for the seller. You can learn more about buyer’s left feedbacks in "When and how can I leave feedback for seller?" block.
If a buyer has backtracked from a transaction, his/her backtracking rate will fall to 0 percent and it will rise by 10 percent at every occurred status transaction until it will reach the 100 percent value. If he/she will backtrack from an other transaction again, then this rate will fall to 0 percent again. If you would like to know more about regulatory values you can find them in Why does not a lower piece price becomes the first place when it should have to be by my joining or by my offer?
Where can I find the handling process of a transaction and has my product been handled by the seller?
In case of a group buy, our system shows how many user products have been handled by the seller. After your product is paid you will find its date among the data. If the seller has already shipped your product, you can only see the estimated shipping date and following that time, you can leave feedback for the seller.
When and how can I leave feedback for the seller?
If a transaction has occurred i.e. the seller has already sent you the shipped product notification, you have 60 days after the shipping date to leave a feedback for the seller. A feedback has two parts, the first one is a general part where you can set a positive/neutral/negative value and a description and the other part is the detailed feedbacks (you can read about them in next block). In case of positive feedback it is recommended to use feedback description template because it will always appear in the language of the user interface.
If you would like to backtrack from a transaction, you can only choose among positive, neutral or negative values and you need to write an explanation why you will backtrack from the transaction.
If you leave your own feedback description, please pay attention to the common language of the transaction and our moderation rules too. You can learn more about our moderation rules in General Terms and Conditions
How can I specify detailed feedbacks and how do I select the number of stars?
Buyers can specify detailed feedbacks based on four points. There are 1 to 5 stars for every point.Product fits to the description

3 stars: roughly acceptable,
4 stars: fit to description,
5 stars: totally fit to descriptionExtra costs were reasonable and acceptable
You need to evaluate how high your extra shipping costs were? If it was zero or negative value, you can only leave 5 stars. For example, if your shipping destination is a neighbour country of the primary country of the group buy and you need to pay higher extra shipping cost than it can be reasonable, you may leave a bit less stars for this point.
1 star: I had to pay too much,
2 stars: I had to pay much,
3 stars: roughly acceptable what I had to pay,

What happens if I continuously backtrack from transactions?
If a buyer backtracks from a transaction, the counter of continuous backtracking increases by one. If this counter reaches the four values, then the user status will be changed to suspended. When a transaction will become occurred status, the backtracking counter will also decrease by one. Minimum value of the counter is zero.
