Where can I find the buyer data files?


You can find the buyer data files on the top-left part of the My pending transactions as seller page
in the Personal menu in the top menu bar. You can download files if you click on their own links. You can open them in printable form if you click on the printer icon next to the links.

How can I leave feedback for buyers?


When you send shipped product notification to a buyer or a buyer backtracks from a transaction, then they will automatically receive positive feedback and description template will apply to the description that will be adjusted to the language of the user interface. In case of backtracking, you can only modify the description of the feedback in accordance with our moderation rules and the common language of the transaction. If buyer acts unfairly toward you, for example if he/she tries to unfairly refund the price of a product, you have 200 days to change the buyer’s received feedback to a neutral or a negative. If you would like to modify it again to a more positive, you can do it until 30 days after the last modification. Buyer left me a hurtful feedback or response. What can I do?

How can I notify buyers about their products are prepared for shipping or shipped?


You only need to check the check-boxes in the proper product row and click on the "Notify buyers / Save tracking data" button within the table header and our system will automatically notify buyers about checked actions.

How can I notify buyer about a payment problem?


If you would like to send a payment problem notification to a buyer, you have 5 working days after the payment grace period to do it. Payment problem links will appear for every transaction between the end of payment grace period and the mentioned 5-working-day-period. Please, pay attention to the common language of the transaction and our moderation rules as well. You can find more information about our moderation rules in General Terms and Conditions.

Do I always have to enter the tracking codes?


Entering of a tracking code or its link is not required, it is just an opportunity to enhance the buyer satisfaction. After you have entered a tracking code, please do not forget to save by the "Notify buyers / Save tracking data" button in the table header. A tracking code has been saved if a link appears instead of the text input field.

Some red links have appeared after I saved tracking codes. What are those?


Probably, you have entered those tracking links (URL) in wrong format. Please revise them whether you have entered the http:// or https:// prefixes or it can be happened e.g. .com postfix is missing.

What happens if an active group buy will finally close unsuccessfully because of buyers’ backtracking?


If the total quantity of the occurred status transaction will not enough for the 99 percent of the minimal quantity of the first place offer, then the seller will not pay success fee for the transactions of that group buy. Though our algorithms try to take buyers' backtracking into account but we cannot guarantee that a group buy will successfully be closed.

What happens if I do not send notification to a buyer?


There are time limits for every function in our system. If a time limit has expired, our system automatically closes it and sends some notifications about it. If you have not sent any notification to a buyer until the original shipping date, our system will change the status of the transaction to occurred and a shipped product notification will be sent to the buyer at the same time.

If you have already sent a payment problem notification to a buyer, you have 30 days to clarify and solve that given problem. If you will not be able to clarify it, our system will close the transaction with did not occurred status and buyer will be backtracked from the transaction.

Of course, our system will send notification e-mails to both parties 7, 3 and 1 days before the deadlines.
